About Me

Ellery is a Midwestern teenager who enjoys writing in third person. She has a fairly large number of siblings, most of whom are boys. She has been homeschooled all her life and is a Christian (of the Presbyterian type. She’s always happy to discuss theology.)

She’s an INFJ-T, an enneagram 2w1, a lukewarm and uninterested Ravenclaw.

Interests of hers include psychology, neuroscience, sociology, literature, language, and philosophy. Her self-described greatest passion in life is understanding the human mind and condition to better comprehend (and assist others in comprehending) the relationship of God to man. One of her greatest joys is observing the spark in others that makes it undeniable that they belong to the King and Author of the world. Humans in general fascinate her.

She is a fallen human dedicated to loving God more each day, to obeying His commandments and overcoming the weakness of her flesh and the vanity of her mind, not by her own strength, but through the grace of God and by the power of the death of Christ on the cross.

Ellery wishes to choose love over hate, hope over despair, empathy over apathy, creation over destruction, purpose over chaos, and God over all else.

Beauty is real, truth is absolute, and all glory belongs to God.
